Terms of Service

The service

StayMesh lets property operators manage inventory, listings, channel integrations and bookings from one workspace. Features may evolve over time; we will not materially reduce paid functionality without notice.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of the team members you invite. Each workspace is isolated: only you and the people you authorise can access its data.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Your data

You retain all rights to the content you enter into StayMesh — properties, listings, bookings, tenant details and imported data. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and display that content as part of providing the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter personal data about tenants, guests and other third parties into your workspace.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, no interference with the platform, no scraping, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Third-party integrations

StayMesh connects to channels such as listing platforms and calendar feeds. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Availability and liability

We work to keep StayMesh available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your workspace data before deletion.
